on the theme of community. It is designed
to complement the Youville VHS-broadcast
program with a closer look at food, shelter,
safety, and fun, as primary community needs. |

The CD also looks at
communities in terms
of rural, suburban, and
urban characteristics.
Students have fun exploring
what a community is,
how communities fulfill
needs, and how communities
compare by navigating
several exciting interactive
games and activities!
Students can draw and print pictures, write
letters to pen pals, and time travel to
the past to see what communities were like
long ago! |
