![]() Sometimes I am afraid to go upstairs. There is a ghost that lives upstairs. When the wind blows I hear it.
When the heater comes on I can hear the ghost moaning and groaning.
Sometimes the ghost disguises itself as a sheet, but, if I sneak up on it, I can see it moving.
My brother has actually seen the ghost! He says it looks like fire!!
My mom says it's my job to empty all the trash cans from upstairs.
I tell her I can't because of the ghost, but she doesn't believe me. Even after I drew her this picture of the ghost.
And when my mom comes upstairs with me, the ghost hides!!! She says I have to empty the trash cans anyway.
I hope the ghost is asleep. I run as fast as I can. I make it back downstairs. The ghost didn't get me!!
This time.
