Churchill's Girl
Young Pamela DigbyThis is the curious story of Pamela Digby Churchill Harriman - the uneducated daughter of an obscure English peer - who became the 20th century's greatest seductress, married Winston Churchill's son and helped Bill Clinton become President. As a wandering courtesan in Europe and the United States, she seduced and married a string of the world's wealthiest men and playboys over a period of more than 50 years, including Baron Rothschild, Randolph Churchill, Averell Harriman, Frank Sinatra, Edward Murrow and many more. Her story illuminates many of the great moments of the last century and sheds light on the changing attitudes of what has historically constituted "proper" behavior for a modern woman.
