A NEW AMERICAN from Nigeria
Emigrated: Oct. 17, 2003 First of all i would like to thank for giving me this chance.
i left my country because when i was my country i heard and saw so many
good things from media and people.like life is easy and luxury in America.and
i got interest to come and see America.there is some diversity visa (DV)
which america send to many countries.then,Fortunately i got this visa
and i come here or i left my country.
i like best abut America is there is more job opportunity and there are
many colleges and universitis.so you can get different opportunity to
live even if it is expensive.
i missed a lot of things from my homeland.the firs thing is life is difficult
for me with out my familys.i am the only one who came here so i feel lonely
everyday.and also the time we spent in the holiday.we share so many things
from my family ,my friends and neighbours.we got our owm cermony and culture
for the holidays.but now i donot want to remember all this things because
if i think about this i know i feel much lonely .
