Chris C.
Hi my name is Chris C. I was concieved from a greman back ground mother and a hispanic father. I live in a small town called cleveland WI, but raised in Sheboygan WI. My grandparents on my dads side settled in Sheboygan in 1954 I beleave. They were the first mexicans here! They had many troubles growing up as I was told some of them. My moms parents are greman russin and have been here longer then my dads family. The city of Sheboygan had many unwritting rules. Like it wasn't until 1980's the first black man was allowed to live in the city.( their were always kept out). The first black man married one of my moms sisters he was from Missippi and went to school at Lake Land collage. My mom dad was and to a part still is racises to this day. By the time I was born four more mexican faimly's move here and stayed. So growing up in a city that had 54,000-70,000 people in it and only four mexican faimly here you can just imagane what it could have been like. That was also on top of the fact that my mom and dad where devoriced at the time of child hood and my mom wa an acholic. So life was alittle tough a times. I went to four different elamentery schools and each different school incountered all different racisiezm. I have been called a niger, spick, ect... and what ever else you have heard. You see white kids did not like me because I wasn't white and the mexican kid did not like me because I wasn't mexican. The one thing that always bothered me is in high school they teach you American History but they leave out things like the zout suit roits but teach about the watts roits. Why? Well thats the start of life to were it ends who knows.
